At the same time, an environmental perception system has been installed to enable the locomotive and radar to automatically detect and avoid any obstacles in the way, and identify the tail and hook of the locomotive to engage and disengage the hook automatically. The Intelligent Molten Iron Transport system can be used to control the forward and backward movement and braking of heavy-duty locomotives, and achieve positioning/alignment to the nearest centimeter. In addition, the control software is integrated in the system for the first automatic parking function and hook engagement/disengagement function in the industry.
With AI at its core, the solution focuses on the objectives of "shortest locomotive matching path, optimal timing of task issuance, and best efficiency for path selection" to realize intelligent dispatching for molten iron transportation through accurate algorithms.
To ensure that it is safe, it is equipped with an environmental perception system to accurately and effectively identify the production and operation environment under various complex and harsh weather conditions through advanced sensing algorithms to guarantee the safety of unmanned operations.
